Time to Plan

In the afternoon of November 1, 17 Sisters met with Joanne Yelle Wetherall, executive director of Canadian Religious Stewardship, at Queen's House. The meeting was to continue the discussion started in April.

To give the Sisters an understanding of what is possible, Joanne shared stories of some congregations who are also needing the help of CRS. The major topic was the continued search for a care companion to be hired to ease the load on the leadership team. One person has been interviewed and more interviews are to follow. The discussion also touched on a will for the congregation and concerns the Sisters have.
