On August 15th, the Ursulines of Prelate gathered to celebrate the Feast of the Assumption of Mary, as well as the anniversary of their vows, which many made on this feast over the years. The morning started with Mass, during which all the Sisters renewed their vows. Mass was followed by a brunch and visiting.

In the evening most of the Sisters headed to the generalate where Sr. Anne hosted a B-B-Q. The food and the company was good and the evening ended with a spontaneous sing-song of oldies, both sacred and not. One Sister commented how our choices dated us, because many of the songs were from the 50s, 60s, and 70s (and earlier!!!) - so be it - we had fun.
