From August 12th - 14th, the residents at St. Angela Merici Residence took part in a retreat titled "Encounters with Christ in Scripture". Sisters Rose-Anne Engel, Teresita Kambeitz and Gertrude Sopracolle facilitated the days. Comments about the retreat: "soul-touching", "down-to-earth", "too short", suggested that the efforts of the presenters were appreciated. The three days ended with a festive supper on the 14th.
