On July 19th, the St. Angela Merici Community said good-bye to Diana Messina, who retired after 32 years working in the kitchen. In those years, Diana not only fed the body with her superb cooking, but also the spirit with her lively personality and her penchant for teasing. Even though her husband Tony claimed that Diana would have to look after him now, the two are actually planning to do some travelling and perhaps try out various foods that others have cooked. Gratitude and many blessings go with Diana as she leaves.
