Countless times our lives have been compared to roads
meandering through the countryside, with side-roads and crossroads at which
we need to make a decision. None of us know all the twists and turns
ahead; nobody is familiar with all the roads.
If we walk in faith, we trust that God will show us the
turns we need to make, the side-roads we need to explore. And still,
perhaps a restlessness remains, a hunger for more meaning or for a richer
spiritual life...
- Are you on a road that is calling you to a deeper
relationship with God, a road that is asking you to offer yourself heart,
mind and soul to work for the reign of God?
- Are you ready to walk your road with other like-minded
people?
- to love all people equally?
- to be poor for the sake of God?
- to truly listen to and do the will of God?
Then, perhaps, you are called to religious life, to live a
common life and to profess the vows of chastity, poverty and obedience.
The Ursulines of Prelate are always willing to discern a
calling with dedicated women who dare to listen more deeply to God's voice.
